Why Human?
When I left the multinational high street recruiter where I started my career I knew I wanted to do things a bit differently, to evolve the industry and to have fun doing it. I wanted to offer a more ethical, collaborative way of doing things. I developed the Human Approach to Recruitment ™ and here we are!

Why Human?
After 15 years advising recruitment companies, I was looking for an opportunity to get “hands-on” again and Human is the perfect fit. I’m so excited about empowering our Franchisees to start their own successful recruitment businesses, and the ripple effect that will have on improving real people’s lives, including our franchisees and associates, their employees, clients, candidates, suppliers, plus all of their families and the wider communities in which we operate.
